My brother , his future son-in law and I shot some 165 grain gift bullets today. They were given to me and I am not sure if they are 311291's or a Lee copy. I had loaded them with 35.5/Imr 3031 and CCI LR primers. We shot about half the 60 round box at various distances out to 150 yards. A Harris bipod on the front and a 3x9 scope on top. All of us could keep 3 in a 4inch group at 150 yards. This load should be around 2000 fps. We shot several other guns with Jwords, and had quite a good time. That load surprised me with the RECOIL. I was wearing a thin "T" shirt!
