The Lyman Cast Boolit man-u-el has load data for that. But none for the 6.5x55 Swede. I mention that only in passing as I used the 6.5 M-S and 6.5 Carcano data as a start point for my 6.5 Swede work, lo these many years ago.

If you have it, try 32 to 34grs of surplus WC860 or WC872. Or 23 to 26.0grs of surplus IMR7383. Barring those, the 140gr Jumptrap does really well over 11.0grs of Unique. I think MAven is using 15grs of surp WC820 in his Swede these days.

You'll be dealing wiht the twist issue, so I'll suspect just like the Swede you'll see good results up through 1600-1650 fps. Naturally that is if you can meet the normal cast boolit requirements any rifle wants. Ie: fit, alloy right for the load, lube, etc.
