I received my various moulds (they were in stock) within a week. They came in US Post Office "Priority Mail" boxes as I recal and it was as quick as anything else that I've ordered, say three or four working days.

3-5 days is normal. And I'm thousands of miles away. Give them a call and they will get it straightened out.

Based on passed orders, 3-5 business days is the norm

since he has expanded his business I have noticed the shipping time has double what it used to be and most times there is no notification of shipment and tracking, like they use to be, I guess its hard to find good employees, even with the extra wait his molds are still worth the wait. before he expanded 2 days and I had my mold. now its any where from 5-7 days

I get emails about the entire order process from start to finish. Last email is when it's shipped and contains the tracking info.

The mould may be out of stock and has to be cut if it's not in stock.

Unless the site inventory was screwed up you can't purchase anything that's out of stock.

Ditto, usually 2 to 3 days for Denver if you don't include Sundays.

I have never waited more than 5 days for an order from Al, start to finish across the country. Many orders. I have also found his communication to be excellent.

I'll have to call on Monday. I placed the order on the 26th. Charge is still pending on my card. I have a feeling something gummed up the works.

I ordered on Dec.31 2016 and it still shows processing, I know it was in stock when I ordered it, like I said things are not the same since he expanded his business.

I wasn't going to say anything until I saw this thread but I also placed and order on Jan. 2 and it still shows to be in processing. Was hoping to have had the sizer body and dies to play with this weekend but oh well.

My last order was Dec 1, 2016. It shipped Dec 2 and I got it in under five days. Utah to WV. I know Swede answers email quickly but I haven't needed to find out how he resolves problems as I haven't had any.

A lot of small companies shut down for the week between Christmas and New Years. My small business took off the Friday thru Monday at Christmas and Friday thru Monday at New Years. That gave us only a three day work week at that time. You have to give the workers a few days off and the holidays may have slowed getting your order out.
My last order , placed November 16 , was shipped November 17 and arrived the morning of November 20.
If your items are in stock you will get them soon, Al's good about taking care of customers.

Once he gets my money order (I never send funds via the net) it only takes a day or 2 to get what I ordered. Like others have stated during the Holidays things can and will slow down. Like hours of operation and the BIGGEST is the utter volume the USPS and other delivery companies have to contend with.

I just got my notification of shipment today, that 10 days from time of order, with 3-5 days for time of shipping you will be looking at total of 13-15 days from time of ordering to delivery, this is the slowest for any order I have put in yet, I hope this isn't the normal for him now.

What do you mean by "now"? Did he recently expand? You've mentioned it a few times. I'm just wondering because I want to see his business grow.

When I started buying from him it was basically a one man shop. that been a number of years ago. I have bought a lot of molds from him over the years, in fact I am in his 1000.00 club. so it not like I am against him, I wish him the best but slow service is slow service.

I ordered 12-26. That's two weeks ago. No shipment notification yet. No response to my email from last week.

I think my last order took about 9 business days , just before Thanksgiving . I know that as a population Utah takes holidays and hunting season very seriously . Schools are closed the week after opening weekend or used to be anyway . Provo is also "up the valley" from SLC and directly in the dump zone for several major ski resorts , Logan has been hit with several 12" storms about 80 miles north of there so it could well be weather bogging things down as well as a back log from the 5 holiday sales .

As far as I know it's still a 6 man family business .

I received a call from a nice gentleman from NOE last evening. He apologized for the delay in my order. It seems they were out of one of the bushings I ordered. He told me that they produced the bushings yesterday and that my order was on the way.

I was extremely impressed that he took the time to call me and apologize.
