A friend sent me this link last week. Impressive, but freaky too, lotsa
holes . . . . .

I used to do a fair bit of rock climbing, so am kinda OK with exposure
when roped up. Note that there is a safety cable on the rock wall
a bunch of places. I'd do it roped in a minute, unroped not likely.

The notation beside the video says, "Originally built in 1901, this walkway now serves as an aproach to makinodromo, the famous climbing sector of El Chorro."

The Makinodromo climbing area is in Andalusia, Spain.

I wanted to know 'why' the walkway was built. Was it simply to access that big water gate at the end of the video?
