Getting Malicious Software warning from link on PM notification

As stated I am getting a malicious software warning when I click on the PM notification in my Hotmail. Happened twice today.
Who takes care of this?

Server software scan checked out with no issues. Your personal computer may be infected. I would try using some software on your computer to clean the infection. Adaware, spybot, avira are good free programs.

Coming from a google search I am still seeing the HTML redirect error http://castboolits.gunloads.com/misc.php?v=423js=js

This is not happening with any other links or sites. I have Malware and Microsoft programs on my computer and ran scans with nothing popping.
