Mold handle question

I know this has probably been asked many times but my memory is on vacation. Can Lee's six banger handles be adapted to RCBS or Lyman molds? Thanks for any help with this.

My Lee 6 handle had to be filed a little bit thinner to fit my RCBS mold.
