I do a lot of business with a software company in Lincoln NE. They send all their successful consultants a box of Omaha Steaks at Christmas. It is the sampler pack and the hot dogs are already gone. The rest will be eaten later. They are very nice quality steaks, so jump on this.

We ate Omaha's' for a few years before finding a local butcher (NOT a meat cutter) that selects & processes prime beef. We opted to patronize the small local guy in lieu of Omaha. That said, Omaha steaks are darned good eating IMO.
