Has anyone Ever heard of a Philip's Lubersizer? If so, would anyone be able to provide a history on this particular item? Thank you all in advance for your assistance.

"Philip's" or "Phelps"?
If "Phelps", it is a copy of the Star. Star or Magma dies and punches will interchange.

lathesmith, a vendor here, makes excellent dies for the same machine.
