Hello All, I have a few questions, and I will ask a few of them here. I haven't started casting yet, but been researching here a ton, so without further ado...

Question #1
Has anyone had luck with the Lee tl309-230-5r in a high speed application like 300wm? I am planning on trying out this mold first for 300 blk, but it would be great to be able to use these same bullets in a supersonic application between 308 and 300wm. And they would be gas checked and PC for the faster speeds for sure

Question #2
Has anyone had luck with the Lee ctl312-160-2r for 7.62x39? Or better yet, that boolet sized down to .310 for use in the blackout? Ok so this is cheating and two questions, but it would be nice to have a mold for both the intermediate semi autos.

Any input will be put to use, so I will take all the advice I can get. Thanks!

As to question #1, not too much good luck with the 230gr. in general here. Best so far sonic has been with my 762X39 T/C Encore over 7gr. TiteGroup. #2 Yes this bullet (Powder Coated) over 1680 works very well in my two Blackouts and is one of my go to 30 cal. bullets for five or six different 30s Gp
