I have one with the lower portion of the threaded rod that the pressure nut threads on to broke off . Any Idea where I might get a replacement ? I have contacted Lyman but they have not responded . Any help appreciated .

Lyman has them but they are a little hard to deal with.

Lyman is slow. I've contacted them before and either no answer or no help. Ask about the no answer and they have no idea about it even with their ticket system.

Maybe I just need to be a little more patient with them . I tried to buy the screws to mount the mold blocks from them a while back and it took them a week to tell me that they sold mold rebuild kits that included these screws . That I already knew but did not want to pay $10 to get the two screws I needed .Thanks for the info .Now I know that they do have the parts so I'll just wait to hear from them. It is a piece of equipment that was given to me probably 15 years ago by a good friend and I'm just now thinking I need to get it working so my boys can use it and leave my #1 alone.

I hope that'll get it back in shape for you/them. I do like my #1's. I think it's easier to get my fingers in there (than my 45's) without dropping the boolit.

They finally got back to me. 2 1/2 weeks later. They want $12 plus shipping for a small screw. No thanks

45/450/4500 use the same pressure screw. the #1 is different

I also just found them listed on ebay ( pressure screw ) at $12.95 each and a tad under $8.00 for an O-ring set . Lyman is cheaper if slower .
