After reading here about how others started with the Lee Buckshot mold here are picture of the good things that
worked for me.
First clean, clean and did i say clean the new mold, Hot water & dishsoap with brush. Then repeat!
Dry mold and lube.
While lead is heating, pre heat new mold on hot plate, very hot!
Once lead is +800 start pressure casting.
Second round of cast thing looked good so I ran a few for testing later.
One note: I noticed a little finning about half way thru, inspection mold it wasn't closing but a little sandpaper on the steel part of handle and all was well. If you are going to get one of these do a search on the site for more
