Has anyone ever been able to get this bullet to shoot well?

I have tried this in Hornets, (M-43 and CZ 527) Bees,(M-43[3 different rifles, one was AI] and 700 REM custom) 221, (Xp-100 and CZ 527) 222, (CZ 527, REM 700) and have never been able to even come close to what could be called a decent group. I have talked to a couple fellow locally that have had pretty much the same experience with it that I have had.

I have tried various hardness, pistol and rifle primers, low, mid and high velocity, slower powder, faster powder, with IPCO wads and without, copper and aluminum GCs (although I never tried W/O GCs) 4 different lubes, very soft to extremely hard, sized .224, .225, and unsized. All to no avail.

For some reason I really wanted this bullet to work for me but it just wouldn't. I have given up but am curious if it's just me or is this a design that is just difficult to make shoot well.

This has been an on again/off again project for the last 40-45 years. That is how I was able to get in as many variations as I did.
