Our granddaughter learned to drive in the family Ford Explore. So when she went to college she took the Explorer with her. She is in her third year and has a job to help pay the expenses. This past Thursday she was on her way home from her job. One of the front tires blew out. She lost control and the Explorer went off the road and rolled five times. A passing car stopped and helped to pull her out of the totaled Explorer. When the law got there he just knew no one would have survived. He saw our girl and asked if anyone was injured. She said yes, I have a 1/2 inch cut on one finger. She is a good Christian girl and gives the Lord thanks for being with her in that vehicle.
A good friend gave her Dad a very low price on a replacement vehicle. It is a 03 Honda Accord with a major oil leak. The past couple of days we have been working on it and we got it running late tonight. The Lord saves and supplies.
Thank you Lord.

What is it about the Ford Explorer that seems to make them do flats and rollovers more than other SUVs?

With respect to thanking a deity for protecting someone in an accident, wouldn't the all powerful deity that protected the person also be the all powerful deity that allowed the accident to happen? You can't really get one without the other.

we had a bunch of them at work we called them roller skates.
they tended to tip over pretty easily at highway speeds.
it's their narrow track combined with the longer wheel base that makes them susceptible to tipping over.

So happy to hear she is ok.

Interesting info about Explorers being tippy.

God blessed this girl with his prescence. Thank you Lord for keeping her safe and unhurt except for the cut.

Truly, the Lord works in mysterious ways, His wonders to fulfill. Glad she's OK. Cars can be replaced. Family and friends can't.
