I got my top punch and die set for .452 today, got a few sized, then as I cranked down on the alox wax 50/50 blend, lube started squirting out of the where the oring is, and the oring is pushed out, do I need to heat the lube a bit to prevent this from happening?

Heating it will make it worse.
You need to back off on the lube pressure. Quite a bit.

the thing that puzzles me is that it is not filling the lube groove, that is why I cranked it up.

Do you have the boolit inserted far enough to align the lube grooves with the holes in the die?

the base was getting lube on it so I assumed that I did, but on second thought, if I had it under alot of pressure, it was probably filling the base before it got to the lube groove. I will check and see tomorrow...

The wrong top punch can prevent getting the boolits grooves from lining up with the lube holes in the die also. If you get really PO'd and REALLY crank the pressure up, you can blow the cast bottom right out of a 450. You can guess how I know this. It is likely just an adjustment issue.
