I have this little problem. Son Jim got a 300 Blackout, and I decided to cast some 230-gr boolits for sub-sonic loads, and got this mold on eBay. Problem is the blocks are slightly out of registry, and cast a boolit (well, a pair of boolits) that won't roll on a surface, they are so mismatched. I can move the blocks longitudinally when closed, a couple thou or so - it appears that the locating pins, or bushings, could be moved into better registration, but I've never done this before, and this is a new model mold, with stepped sides. Recommendations?

Hmmm - of the 53 viewers (so far), no one has had a clue - or maybe they all think >I< don't have a clue. Could be...

Nope, don't have a clue with those molds. Guess now you know why it was on eBay.

I've run across this problem with a Lee 45 acp mold. Not much you can do with them other than to exchange them. Contact Lee and see what they will do.
