Cat sneeze loads a little on the loud side.

Trying for small game loads for the 30-06. Lee 309-113f over bullseye. Some on here have described loads that were quiet as a pellet rifle or a hand-clap. I started at 3.5 grains and worked back to 2 grains which still gave 725fps, but sounds like a 22 mini-mag. Is my best option to go with heavier boolits?

Heavy will help, but bullseye is a ear ringer to me. Unique is much mellower, or Red dot has a simular burn rate and a lower pitch sound to me.

I am using Red Dot in mine. I use a 77gr RN. Very quit and lots of fun.
