Just got 15lbs of block tin for $30.00 from a friend. Is there a set ratio to add to WW when casting or should I just add amall amounts 1/4lb per 10lb pot when I notice fill out problems.

Maybe 1/4 pound per 20 pounds will be sufficient. Depends on mold, of course, and how it is used. ... felix

I like to add 2-3% tin to WWs. One could work the math to be exact but I just add 1/2 lb (8 ounces) tin to 20 lbs of WW. That makes it almost but not quite the same percentage of lead, tin antimony as Lyman's #2 alloy. It is a tudge softer but when WWq'd it hardens quite well. AC'd it shoots quite well up through 1900 fps in most rifle cartridges with GC'd bullets.
