Information on case?

At the flea market a couple of weeks ago I picked up three large coffee cans of used brass. One can of 308 military. Two cans were .38 special and in them I have (so far) found one brass case Head-stamped "Harrington 38 SPL". There are no other ID marks and the case is plain (no cannelure). Anyone have any information on this Co.?

H&R made guns but I think I remember them making cartridges back in the 70's or at least their name was on them.... but don't recall just Harrington on cases...

In the past, some brass Mfg would put your HS on their brass for a fee. I have many examples, and at one time entertained the idea myself.
If I'm not mistaken Star Line still does.
