Maxxtech 9mm

Came across this brass on the range. Doesn't resize easy due to that inner step in diameter with the ledge. What is the deal with this design?174934

Bullet can't be pushed too deep in case and cause excess pressure.

Maxxtech makes blanks for semi-auto and full-auto blank firing weapons. Could this be what you have?

I found a few of these in my 9mm range pickups. I loaded them with no problems.

I foubd about 75 of them at our range a while back.
I just tossed them in the recycle brass bucket.
I got around 20-k pieces of 9mm, I don't need something different to deal with.

now if I needed a project and had 500 cases I would explore a 2gr load of bulls-eye type scenario with an 80-85gr boolit and go for ultra cheap fun.
