I'm looking for 6.8 SPC brass for a build and not having any luck in finding any in large lots. I'm wanting min of 1k to start with but would rather have 2~3k but no luck finding any for a price I'm willing to pay.

Anyone have a source for this critter at reasonable price?

Thanks Robert

try your local sporstmans warehouse.
airc they had at least 2 different brands at mine yesterday.
none of it cheap [double at least the price above] but they had it.

Thanks guys guess I'll scrap this project.
I can't see paying more for 1k rounds of brass than it will to build the rifle. Or pretty close to the same money silly and isn't practical.

Thanks Again

heck that just about puts you out of the rifle business totally then.
unless your shooting something like the 300 b.o. 1-k pieces of brass is gonna cost more than many rifles out there.

For what once fired 6.8 cost, I just buy the S&B ammo. High quality ammo for actually less than you can put a round together using once fired. Last 500rds I bought for PSA at 65c per round delivered. Keep in mind, guns are cheap, ammo is expensive.

The idea of the 6.8 brass is to resize and fire form it into 358MGP http://www.mgpcustoms.com/358_MGP.html

I would agree River but at almost 500 per 1000, that's crazy pricing for brass. I know I've not done a wildcat in awhile but don't remember it being this crazy in price.

Guess the 300bo is on the table again lol
