Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation's service.

Our thoughts go out to all the American boys who have served their country with distinction. A special thank you to those members of the Devil's Brigade - the birthplace for Special Forces Units in both our countries.

Take Care

My thoughts, thanks, and tears go out to all that gave -no matter how much or how little. It was (potentially) all there is to give.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Editing, I have to say "Go rest high on the mountain" also.

A salute and a prayer for all your FALLEN. My Dad served in WW2 and I retired 2years ago. It all came real close to home when we laid to rest a young soldier a few days ago who was killed by an IAD 2 days before his tour was over in Afganistan. Mel

Memorial Day is not a day to sell cars, furniture, TV's, or anything else.

Great posts. I'm not perfect, but I always know the meaning of today.
