Found a truly sweet item on Evil-bay last week.

Its a new, never fired, Toledo Armas 12ga barrel for a TC Hawken.

I looked at the pics and said why not? It came in the mail Saturday. Yup, new, unfired. Looking at brand new steel on the inside. biggrin

Also... un-fitted. I spent a couple hours today filing it to fit my Hawken. She drops right in now.

The barrel is half octagon, half round, with a wedding ring at the transition. Nice weight, can't wait to try it!

I could've sworn ebay didn't like gun items being sold :kidding:

Nice find!

They have a category gun parts.

They have a category gun parts.

It appears to be arbitrarily enforced. I don't want to detract from the OP's happiness in a good score, was just making a joke.

.

Since the owner's of E-Bay & their subsidiary (PayPal) are anti-gun, I wouldn't give them the sweat off my dog's nose.

Lucky SOB, been looking for one of those for years. Let me know if you want a profit :D

Thanks everyone... And Buckshot Bill, sorry, I was looking for awhile too. I am not letting go of it.

Forgot to mention it came with no ramrod and was missing one of the rod thimbles. Since one was missing and its going on my Hawken, I've ordered brass thimbles and a new ramrod.

I'll post pics when I get them on, just busy as heck right now. My little brother is building a house, he's trying to get it done before his wedding day, Sept. 17. So with him tied up, I've been spending a lot of time up at the family farm helping Dad. We're doing hay this weekend.

So. Much. Fun. I'm remembering why I chose engineering as a career path!
