I'm a bit different. to me it's a bit more like a kid waitin' on Christmas.

I sleep like that after quitting work at 5:00, being in the garden at 5:05 (or doing yard work), eating dinner 6:30 or so, then doing an hour or two in the casting/reloading shed.
THAT is what makes me sleep well.
Good thing to have machine gunned my TV 25 years ago.
