Lyman Alaskan Scope

Can anyone tell me about my Ly. Alaskan 2 1/2 X scope. It has no caps to adjust scope. With box, it says fixed reticule, use with adjustable mounts, Thanks- Joe

I believe the ajustments were made with the rings

From memory , the rear ring had the ajustment set up built in

To long ago to be 100% sure

johnch is correct. The mounts have turrets to adjust the scope. Are you also looking for a set of mounts to go with it?

Yes, that is one thing I miss most. B&L used to make the finest adjustable bases so you just needed a base for each rifle and one scope, any scope. The scope would unplug and plug back into another rifle. No re-sighting needed.
That alaskan is a treasure. Too bad nobody makes the bases anymore.
