Well, after years of casting with lee equipment and a couple RCBS molds, I decided on a NOE 311-230-FN 5 Cavity GC (BLKOUT). Have been have a hard time getting the lee 155's and RCBS 180's to cycle thru a 300 BLKOUT AR. Just wasn't happy seating them so deep to get them to cycle. Any advice on breaking in the NOE mold? With the Lee 6 gangs I've been using all I've done is a good cleaning and then a Q-tip with Kroil to season the cavity. Bullets drop right out. Hoping a single coat of PC will still allow me to seat them out closer to Mag length. Any comments or advice?

I took my noe mold and boiled it twice in clean water both times. Polished the hp pins in a buffing wheel, lubed the alignment pins, then went to town casting.

the multiple heat cycles work best for me with aluminum molds too.
doesn't matter who made the mold.

+ 1 here. Just clean like Al says in the instructions.
