One of this site's sponsors--Rotometals--might be able to supply such an alloy. They have both pure lead and pure tin for sale, and they ship throughout the country. Make cookies for your mail carrier before and after your order, though--just sayin'.

Tin is the pricey part of any lead bullet casting alloy. Prepare for sticker shock, regardless of which vendor supplies the metal. I have a good amount of unalloyed lead, and sourced some tin from Rotometals to make my own 30:1 alloy for BPCR and 38 Special smokeless loads. I use a kitchen scale for portioning out the alloy elements. 3.3% tin in lead casts WONDERFULLY, whether in aluminum or iron/steel moulds. I would imagine 10:1 would flow even more freely.

10/1 is wasteful of tin. Is there some special use you contemplate for such an alloy? Elmer did fine with 15/1...
