Wow! That's sure one tough nut to crack, isn't it? One of the reasons I guess we're always supposed to be learning? PC speech kind'a throws a kink into that, too. When do we speak boldly, as it advises elsewhere, and when do we speak more gently? The answer, I think, lies in wisdom, and most of us are still seeking that wisdom. I sure am!
