I'm getting ready to order some Missouri Bullet .380, 95 gr. projectiles. Does anyone have any experience with this particular bullet. They show to be .356 in dia. Has anyone found that these need to be resized to .355? Feeding problems? 'Anything that I should be aware of? Would I be better off using Berry's?

Thanks in advance.

I haven't used that particular bullet, but my NOE mold drops 92gr 380 rounds. I size to .356 after powder coating for my bersa 380, no issues yet.

I would think they should be fine, I use berry's for my 9mm since I still have a stockpile of them to use up. My preference is home cast > plated > commercial cast

In my Ruger LCP and 1934 Beretta I use .358 bullets. Bullet is now catalogued as 35-122T

I don't think I'd use either 355 or 356 in my short 9.

I can say that the berry's 100 grain plated bullets work fantasic in the couple .380s I've put them through. I don't think running those .356" cast bullets through the .357"ish barrels in my two would be a good idea though.

Berry bullets have worked good in a P238, but now this pistol is being fed Ranch Dog 100gr RF boolit with PC'ing sized to .357" with much better accuracy than the plated. The barrel slugged out at .355" and the .357" dia loaded ammo passed the plunk test and have had 0 feeding issues. Not sure what your barrel slugs at the .356" boolits might be just the ticket?

Just a side note I used Berry bullets instead of commercial cast boolits because the cost difference wasn't that great when I bought the plated. With that being said I knew the plated bullets wouldn't lead the barrel, vs not knowing for sure the commercial boolits would lead or not, so I went with the plated.

Once you get your boolit mold you can size to what is needed for your gun, which is what I did.

Hope this helps and good luck.

I have used the MBC 95gr LRN projectiles sized at 0.356" in my Ruger LCP with no problems. They feed and shoot well.

Thanks, RoadBike, as well as all other responders. The LCP is what I would be loading for.
I appreciate everyone's input.

They work great in all of my 380s.
