No markings, 14" long, just under 1/2" tube dia. Brass . Any guesses ?

Just a guess, but it looks like one of the Winchester rimfire scopes from the 1930's, minus the original, rather basic adjustable mounts, and set in a Weaver T-mount.

Yes, growing up in the 50/60's dad had a Mossy 146B with a scope like that, picked off a lot of rats at the dump with that rifle as a kid when we took the trash to the dump.

Mossberg would be my guess.I have one of those somewhere in my collection of stuff,or at least I think I do.
