PID temp cotroller Set up

Hello all, After following the posts regarding PID temp controller for Lee 4/20 I decided to take the plunge and build one. all parts from Aubern. Now can someone provide simpleton step by step parameter set up instructions. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

Is what I went off of and used. I have next to 0 EE experience and was able to do it without burning my house down or frying myself.
