Intriguing, gunoil! How many gears/speeds? Also, must it be ridden in bike lanes? road shoulders, etc.? Gotta put white blinky lights on the front and red ones on the back, as I'm sure you're aware of.

Here is the prototype mule l made, will rob all its hardware and move over to unibody.

Macpherson struts, 6 tie rods, drum brakes from Netherlands. Tiller T-bar steering w/1 brake lever (both frt wheels) , no brakes a rear of a reversed trike.

I feel so much better just riding a lil in the evenings. You should have seen me with my first trike first ride. But after couple weeks all the coughing, wondering what id done went away. And it just gets better, keep in mind these are recumbents and you dont haf to support that big belly, just lean back and pedal belly away. I have good music, flags, mirrors.

Imagine the above trike photo but without the heavier frame. Carbon fiber (and if needed in certian areas 1/8" nomex honeycomb or soric/cheaper), so strong and with correct epoxy enough flex which equals no brittleness. My epoxy comes from suppliers for nascar and indy cars.

It will have the nose the mold offers (pic above). A strong horizontal boom to hold pedal crank.

many of the major car makers use a 'glue' to put many body parts together now days.
it covers a larger area than spot welding and is tougher than the surrounding metal once it's cured.

I can really see a small battery and a charging system installed in one these 'vehicles' to operate some small electronic equipment like a stereo, lights, and wipers.

those exciter speakers would fill the whole cabin with good sound with just 2 to 4 amps.
your average wal-mart system would sound like it come from a rolls.
unless you wanna go to a full out boom, boom, boom type system it wouldn't cost more than 200 bucks.

These interior carbon parts (two or three down in there) are installed with windshield adhesive. Per factory specs of the Netherlands. The unibody is ofcourse one piece. All hardpoints for hardwares built in.

You nailed the sound systems. I will use exciters with small amp & iphone. I like a good size battery w/tiny charger for motel if touring.

Some have small motor for pedal assistance. You still pedal. Steep hills, speedy crossing of intersections.

It must've been something to have cabbies that weren't fresh off the boat.

Lester's is still there on SR84. I've been there many, many times before. It's funny that I knew it as a nice family oriented type of place going there for breakfast with my parents Sunday morning. It's a whole different world at 4am after the clubs have emptied out.

I'm pretty sure Brownie's is still there on Andrews as well but I've never been in there.

Things have definitely changed around here, just since I was a kid. My parents bought a place in the mountains 10 years ago and don't even like visiting here anymore.

Making a plug for rear rollover Raingutter behind your head. You can hold a water hose on here and the gutter will have plenty of run-off. I shape with grinders and pointy sander from harborfreight, then shapeing by hand a lil before covering with fg,micro balloons and epoxy. Then wet sanding a priming/polishing for few days/weeks. Then lay cfiber over plug to make the gutter. Then store plug in attic.

New pic. Now Iam finishing the frt wheel well area now. Blk carbon pieces cleico'ed in place. Will roll mold upside down tomorrow and skin the 4 places. Then roll back uprite, fill with micro and epoxy and sand for days before priming with 2K primer. I will polish and wax mold before layup and final is (water based) mclube 818 which is sprayed on. The carbon fiber shell unibody will be trimed, washed, painted, and wrapped for advertisement. Then install hardwares, this should be a first class velomobile.

Any mold/tool is work. alot of work. If you hired someone nowdays to make you a mold/tool it would be a small fortune.

But, when mold is finished, its gets fun and simple/ make 2 cf shells per month.

Thanks, well when l get the mold finished in next couple months, l can make one every 10 days (or 2 per month) and have it boxed & ready for anyone.
