Does anyone know what size Boolit's the Lee 45 200 grain swc drops from the mold. And for that matter what size does average. 45 Pac Boolits drop from mold. I'm wondering because I'm trying to buy my first. 45 cap and need to know what size boolits are needed for a. 45 acp m&p.

I don't have that mould, but judging by the 25 or so Lee moulds I do have, you can expect it to produce a diameter of about .453" in wheel weight alloy. I size .452" for all my .45's.

I also size to 452 for my 45's.
you can adjust your diameter slightly by making the lead harder or softer this eases the diameter concern a bit and most 45's don't care if you shoot near pure lead or lino-type.

Hard to say with a Lee mold. One casts fine, the next is undersized. I had to open up mine to get it to cast proper.

And six cavity moulds sometimes cast different diameters than the same design in a two cavity mould.
Lee moulds are like a box of chocolates...you just never know what you going to get .

I don't like my TL mold from Lee, a 6-er. My gun hates it more

Mine runs over .453", however it varies with alloy. I size to .452" and tumble lube. Over 8.2 gr Acc.#5 or 4.0 Clays, they are most accurate .45" bullet I've ever fired (48yrs!).
I size to .450" and load in sabot for inline m/l. Cuts .45" hole through deer and pigs. Never recovered one yet.
Do get the 6 cavity mold. Only 2X $ of 2cav. 3x the bullets
Even my Webley #II prefers them. POI/POA over 3.8gr Clays.

There are two different 200gr SWC. One is a two groove, nominal 195gr, not the same as 200gr SWC, aka Hensley and Gibbs #68 style. The latter is to what I refer.

There are two different 200gr SWC Lee moulds in 45 caliber produced currently. One is designed to be traditionally lubed and one is designed to be tumble lubed. Is this the two groove mould you were talking about (Lee 45-190-SWC)? http://westernbullet.com/lee45190swc.html

I have the Lee RF 200 Gr. It drops my boolits at 215 give or take 1 gr. It seems most of my Lee molds drop boolits a little heavier than advertised but it doesn't matter to me since they shoot well.

My molds get cleaned up with Comet. after breaking in, most drop out with a slight tap. 3-4 drop upon opening.
I had the BB removed from that mold.
