Who's getting red tape to get on line scripts?

It took me 7 phone calls and 9 emails to get my meds from an online pharmacy. Until they finally arrived I had no idea if I would get them or not. They even aggravated my Dr. several times.
Are they doing everyone that way?
When I first started it was one phone call, or one email with a response.

Nope, Prime Mail.
They started out OK and it's gone downhill ever since. Seems like they're trying to discourage business.
I am getting an equal price next round at a local drug store and no hassle guaranteed.

I had Express Scripts and they worked well for me. Then I got CVS mail order and it was a complete disaster. Now I can use my local Pharmacy for the same cost and it's perfect.
