I'm happy with mine and they don't look quite so perfect. Main thing is the down downrange accurately and no leading

Very true... mine do fine too. Only thing is I need another oven - mine fell when I moved :-(

Bet theirs is a two part process - such as do the top, bake... then do the bottom, bake. That's my story and I'm sticking to it...

Wouldn't you expect to see an increase in thickness at the line where the PC was applied over itself, wouldn't we see some kind of mold mark on the top or bottom on the second bake…I'm still mystified…so far, in my mind, it's 'unobtaneium'.

from the article it shows one cut in half, there is a noticeable difference in the thickness of the "jacket'.
