I got a large box of odds and ends from my dad after he passed away, I am not sure what the cleaning kit goes to but hopefully with these pics someone will know what it belongs to. All the bits fit inside a black metal cylinder. Thanks for looking and thanks for any help you can offer in identifying what this goes to.

it stored in the spring-loaded trapdoor in the butt & was used in conjunction with the rod that was mounted under the barrel.

Thank you very much bubba.50! They pretty common or do you find them missing from an sks frequently?

Bubba beat me to it. Yep SKS
The brush and Jag fit the cleaning rod supplied with the gun and the 'pick' is for cleaning the gas port.

The responses are better than google would have treated me, usually I am pretty strong with the google-fu but with so many military rifles out there I didn't know where to begin looking. Guess I will put it back in the drawer with a half dozen scope rings, a few bases, and sling parts that I will likely never use. Maybe put a list of some of the odds and ends I have in PIF, and see if anyone can use it? the value is so low that it is almost not worth it.

also the cap with 2 ears is a muzzle guide and other cylinder is a T Handle for the pick . Stick the big end of pick in the hole in the cylinder side. used to push the trigger guard lock (to remove the trigger assembly)

And here i am for the last 10yrs using a screw driver to pop the trigger out when there is a special tool stashed in the cleaning kit. Learn something new everyday

it shows in the manual you can also use the point of a bullet to pop out the trigger group.
