SwedeNelson (NOE Moulds) offers a very nice set up that uses interchangeable inserts for a large variety of sizes. The tool allows for nose-sizing inserts, too.
It's worth checking out if you might be sizing for multiple diameters in the future, and/or nose-sizing.

Make one.
Takes 5 min. 1/4 in wood dowel with slot cut in end . Put emery cloth in slot put other end in drill. Spin oiled emery cloth in lee .358 die. Check by sizing boolit every 30 seconds to minute. Stop .0005 short and go th extra fine grit. Polish to .360.

Who makes a push through sizing die .360?

You do.
Get a LEE .358 and open it up with fine sandpaper. Slot in a nail or dowel.
I used a nail. 600 grit paper. Go slow and take measurements. Chase with 1200 grit if you have it, then FLITZ.
Mirror finish.

As suggested, get a .358 and open it up .002". I uses a 1/4" steel rod tightly wrapped with emory, 400 or 600. Go slow, check your measurements.

I'm a Toolmaker so I can make about anything you need....but what the others have said, polish one up yourself. I use a brass rod .250 dia. cut a slot with a saw (hacksaw would work) emery cloth and spin it up in a drill motor. Just take your time and push a boolit thru and mic it until you get to within couple of tenth's of your desired size. Then polish with cotton cloth and fritz or whatever you have. I like the satisfaction in making things for reloading myself, part of the hobby that I like.

Thank you. I used your method. My RCBS 35 200 mold cast bullets at .359.3. I took 600 sandpaper and 2000 grit sandpaper and my Lee sizing die now drops a perfect .359.3 When I powder coat the bullet measures .361. I then size it down to .359.3
