No problem with the mold, just it is different from all the other Lyman molds I have. I came with handles and is marked Lyman 50 cal and a mold matching #412 on both pieces, nothing else. It drops a very pretty TC Maxi Hunter. I took the handles off to put on a different mold and it wouldn't line up with to screw holes. Thankful it came with a handle, my other Lyman handle with not fit the 50 cal mold. So, I am wondering "what do I have". These are the measurements I took:

My Current Lyman molds the Lyman 50cal Maxi Hunter
Back of the mold 1.380 1.290
Handle slot with
mold closed .780 .565
Screw Holes Center
to Center 1.115 .880

I haven't found anything on Lyman's website other than the handle I already own and the 4 mold handle.

Again, just wondering what I have here.. thanks for everyone's time.

I hope the pictures can show how different the size is between my 3 Lyman molds and the Maxi Hunter mold. Notice the difference in angle of the handle jaws.

those are not maxi-hunter molds. the one pic showing a 2 cavity and 1 cavity, the one on the right is a lyman maxi-ball mold.

rda...., A Maxi-Hunter bullet has a slightly rounded nose and shallow hollow point. In a side x side comparison, it clearly looks different than a Maxi-Ball of the same caliber.
