Glenn Fryxell book available?

Has Dr. Fryxell written his cast bullet book yet?
If so, does anybody know where it can be purchased?
If not, any idea when it might be available?

He said in a thread recently that it is not out yet, maybe in the fall.

The book is most of the way written, there are still a few bits and pieces that need to go in. There are still LOTS of photographs that need to be taken, and Rob and I will start working on that after he has completed moving his household across the great state of Oregon (and after our upcoming buffalo hunt!). Oh yeah, then there is the little technical detail of not having a publisher yet (although one has expressed a moderate interest in the book). So, all in all, it's still a ways out, but we do appreciate your interest and we do hope to get it done in a reasonable timeframe.
