Boolit for 308 encore

I'm looking for suggestions for a cast 30 cal boolit for a 15" 308 encore barrel. I tried som e commercial cast 165gr BB with dismal results. I'm thinking a heavier RN GC bullet cause I might use it for hunting. Probably cast from WWs maybe with some lino added. Any suggestions?

RCBS 308-165-SIL, 30-180-SP, 30-150-FN, 30-150-CM (plain base)

The 311041 and 311291 are the two most popular molds for 30 cal. and work well with most 30's. I personally like the 311041 and RCBS 308-165-Sil the best.

I use the Lee 303 B mold. It is 185gn, .312. I size it in the .309 sizer. It works for both my .303 British, and 7.62 and 30-06. I use low end loads on the Lee load chart for each caliber.

the 165 silh by rcbs with g/c cast from 1 part lino and 2 parts ww.
just engraves the nose and comes out at 310. from the mold.
i push through a 310 sizer and lube.
