Don't recall any deaths by BB guns, but I have heard of folks aiming/carrying toy guns around LE and being shot/killed. Seems like there are laws that toy guns must have an orange tip installed. Don't know the threat of owning a look-a-like would have other than "being scary looking". Good grief.

Ok why don't we just let them be a guinea pig state and ban any and all guns outright, nobody but police and active duty military, across the board ban of any caliber any action any barrel length, antique or not, no grandfathered MLs no nothing. NO ammo sold no reloading supplies, no holsters even on store shelves. Complete and outright gutting of the 2nd.

Oh yeah and ban any and all knives and box openers in the same bills. Ban scissors over 1.5" blades too.

When they are still beset with crimes such as rape murder, assault, breaking and entering, armed robbery via pencil, pen, hammer, chainsaw, crow bar, tire tool, crescent wrench toting gangs roaming the streets, now what?

What will be their excuse as to why they still have these problems and still have crime, gangs, drugs and prostitution and corruption in their police and government.

Stupid is as stupid does. Intelligent folks leave the state. The entire population of the state eventually becomes only those too broke to leave. You have total control of the government by the same idiots that made all the laws that ran decent folk out of the state by the droves. Businesses fail. Corporations move. Manufacturing moves. Retailers shutter their windows. Law and order is by territory, by which gang is the most feared.

We're fighting to get our gun rights back but the odds are all against us. Yes there are laws and law projects forbidding the possession of toy guns cap guns etc, to play with air soft bearded grown men needs army permit, no muzzleloaders don't care if it was from your grandgrandgrand father no matter if the gun was registered before it all gets confiscated in due time. Restricted calibers and gun types, can't reload without permits, one year to get authorizations to buy any gun. Yes with enough laws they can make everyone an outlaw. We are fighting the laws and politicians under the lights, but in the dark we're mostly doing what's needed to have our bases covered if yo know what I mean... UN is also pressing against the bearing of arms, seems the whole scheme was very well planned from the beginning.
