Yeah, that is a good one. I usually post it here and elsewhere with the video of Barber's Adagio For Strings 9/11 Tribute. Never Forget

I remember that commercial. Seeing it again makes me wonder why the drivers didn't take off their hats too. Might have taken away from what the horses did though.
Brought chills down my arms just like it did the first time.

Anyone know why it was shown only once? I missed it then. Thanks for posting. Many years ago I saw the team at a state fair. A person could walk right up to them. Buster was the name of the wheel horse. He was immense. Easily a ton of horse. Feet bigger than fry pans. Very gentle.

Walla, Anhauser Busch meant this as a tribute to 9/11 and didn't want this to be misunderstood as "commercializing" the tragedy. There is/was an Anhauser Busch brewery in Newark, within sight of Manhatten. Never Forget!

It was aired during the Super Bowl. I thought there was a shortened version they did show for a short time as well.

That's what they said. A one time tribute aired during the Super Bowl for maximum viewing audience not to try and sell Budweiser but to pay homage to the tragedy.

Passed that brewery many times on my way to school, airport, etc.

More of the story

Thanks. As poignant as it could possibly be. It reminds me of the story of how even the donkeys and sheep were reverent at Christ's birth. Even the animals perceive things sometimes that many of us tend to forget and/or gloss over. They follow their nature, while we often follow our own will, and in so doing, forget what we should always remember. It seems to be our strongest trait sometimes.
