Has anyone else noticed that Graf and Sons is not packing materials well enough to be delivered intact. I've ordered from them three times in the past three weeks and every box contained damaged goods. They throw a piece of brown paper in the box and think that suffices to protect the contents.

Maybe a phone call to the manager would cure the problem. They might have a new employee that doen't realize that packaging properly is needed.

That would be my guess too. Newman not know how, need to let them know they have a problem so they can address it. Either with instructions or discipline. Because frankly I can't imagine they said to a new guy "just throw some paper in".

I just received an order from Graf's today: bullets, brass, dies and a couple odds n ends. It was well packed with lots of paper, no damage.

My Grafs order from last summer was packed well. It was the first time I ordered from them (they are usually not the lost cost supplier). If I remember correctly them and Mid South had everything I needed and grafs was a couple bucks cheaper so they got my business.

I shop at grafs in St Charles every week, no new guys there to speak of. Same great guys. The Mexico, MO store i cant say. Never been. But agreed, a quick call should solve any problem
