Scrounger

I went into the gunshop today to look around. Luck was not with me. They had the cutest little Remington Model 7 in .223 with a Weaver 4X to 16X scope. Only $325, that's a dang good price. If it had been a .260 or a 7/08, I wouldn't have been able to walk out without it. Even in .223, I'm sorely tempted. To add insult to injury, a guy came in and traded them a DWM Model 93 type Mauser in 7X57. The rifle is in really good shape, not Bubba'd up, but I couldn't see the Crest. I'll have to go back Friday and see if they're giving it away. Then when I got home I checked to see what SuperPawn had listed at AuctionArms. Wouldn't you know it, a CZ550 in 6.5x55, setting at $230 right now. (http://www.auctionarms.com/search/displayitem.cfm?itemnum=7024840 ) Boy, I could sure use an extra $1000 this week... C'mon, talk me out of them...
