That's kinda cool. Looks good for low light, where you can see the target but have trouble picking up the rear sight.

$98.95

The See All Open Sight is a one-piece open sight that can be attached to virtually anything with a scope rail. It is the first of its kind in open-sight shooting technology: an open sight that allows the shooter to see both the target and the sight itself in perfect focus, simultaneously. It’s designed to have a range of about 100 yards, since the target is viewed with the naked eye. The use of edge-glow material enhances its effectiveness in low-light situations, and requires no batteries. It has an adjustment range of about 150 inches vertically and 150 inches horizontally at 100 yards.
Fully designed, manufactured, assembled and packaged in the United States.

From their website. Price doesn't look too bad.[smilie=s:

I had not heard of them. But, after reading this thread, I just ordered one. It will aid in my buckshot development project for the winter.

Don't work any/very well inside one of the new pop up blinds. Needs external light to feed it as it has no batterys for the cross hairs. Got one for a frend for Illinois Deer season and that's his findings. Worked as the sunshine became stronger in later morning.
