He had Fed Ex deliver it; my daughter-in-law had to sign for it.

a haz-mat ain't all that hard to get you just gotta pass a written test and a back round check every couple of years.
the guy has 364 days a year to study and I'm sure his back round comes back clean.

Get all you can now because Universal is one of the powders that ADI is reformulating so they can be "green".

Santa is grandfathered in and has a permanent waiver. He is several hundred years old after all

I don't thing the jolly old guy has ever been pulled over and asked for his license. If he is carrying has mat materials i think he would have to stop at all railroad crossings. My only complaint is he ran out of the stuff before he got to my house.
