Mossberg lever guns

Just ran across a teaser blurb stating Mossberg is scheduled to release a lever gun this year, I believe it is called the 464. Anyone got any info on this....like maybe in 45 Colt, 44-40, 32-20, etc, or will it be the 30-30 and 35 Remington number? Surely would like a new toy in the Colt or 32-20, but the 35 sounds good too.

looked at one at a shop in 30/30, had a tang safety and its action seemed a lot like a winchester 94 for $330. It looked ok but for that money how could you pass up the wallyworld marlin for the same price? I'm not overly impressed with model 94's(sloppy lever) and the mossberg seems a bit below the Marlin from my limited experience. Now if they are in 35 rem for that price I might be a bit more interested. Hard to beat a Marlin in the world of levers it seems.

Saw one and had to handle it......................... I'd buy a Marlin , Henry or a used Winchester way before I'd buy one of them. Just my .02..............
