I took a .309 pin and hand it machine to accept the shank of a bullet that use a gas check

and I use the same pin even if I size with a .310 .311 .312 sizing die

no lube escape just have to use the correct pressure on the lube sizer

I think I am missing something. Why not put the check on before lubing?

As a fellow Kanuck I am a bit perplexed myself, my Star or Lyman will install the gc and lube completely, including the small groove left just above the gc, all in one go. If you are not concerned about accuracy and just want to run those without a gc, just tumble lube them. If I don't want to use GCs I will use a PB mold.

the point of the machined pin is to lube any gas check bullet and not putting the lube where usually it goes and also not having pub in the chamber

then I able to use these bullet for plinking

tumble lube attract dirt and everything stick to them not for me

and not has many choice it plain base mood
