Recently if I try to enter the chat room I get a "warning" come up that reads....

Blocked because software can't be verified

404 HTML
unknown publisher


How do I change this problem. I do have the newest Java.

hello this is a easy fix, open the control panel go to java, open the secuirty tab and add the chat rooms address to the security address settings.

i have gotten it to work with the below address added.

i have only been able to get it to work with

ie 11
and maxthon. all others it refuses to load.

i will continue to see if i can get it to work.

Go to that site then download CCleaner. Run the cleaner then run the registry cleaner. will probably take a couple runs to get it straitened out. Then do a boot time virus scan. AKA safe mode scan.

What browser are you using?

If it I internet explorer 11 you can reset it. And enable java on it.

I can write up directions for yoy. Our if you have time I can help you get it working.

Java is really Crappy its not just you.

It is Explorer and I have run cc cleaner twice. A boot time virus scan I don't know how to do. I also keep getting the message box.....

appupdater.exe....bad image thing all the time. And now I get...an add on failed to run.
