Are you a mechanical engineer? That looked like something out of the show 'How it's made'. Really nice man.

I have looked at the things you have made and posted on here and I have to say two things.

Number one; you are a very talented individual that takes pride in his craftsmanship.
Number two; you have entirely too much time on your hands!!! Lol!

Great work!

The secret is out now. I am not a huge fan of TV and keeping my hands busy cuts down on how much money I have to spend on beer.

Do you have a thread about your caster? Have a master caster that I would like to do like that!
Everything looks well thought out, congrats on an amazing setup!

I particularly like the mould tapper. Very ingenious.
Speaking of TV, my then 12 year old son and I machine gunned our TV 25 years ago at the range. We finished it off with a Serbu Super Shorty in 20 ga. Yes, we cleaned up the mess.
You would be surprised at how much additonal spare time someone can have when they don't watch TV. Time for many other things like gardening, working on the house, lead and brass sorting, smelting, casting sizing/lubing, brass prep and reloading. Oh yes....shooting too.
TV has been a vast wasteland for me and certainly not worth the time. Both of my kids are voracious readers and neither owns a TV.

Ran it like that for 9 years before I came across a mold I couldn't get to let go of the bullets and added the tappers.

Post 34 in this thread.

As you already have a real Master Caster, I would contact the OP in that last thread, Hatch. He and others have automated them for awhile and have it down to almost "kit" form. Mine was completely fabricated including the electronic circuits.
