I have older NEI molds and all of them cast extremely well, some of my favorites.

When Walt Melander was making them their were none better made
- next closest was RCBS in my experience at the time
- After his death I understand quality was sort of hit or miss.
I'm not sure where it is at this time.
But if they were older molds I use them and love them I'm sure.
He was making Mold up in Oregon when I got mine - very knowledgeable man.

Cast with them. Only way to tell. If you like them ....keep them. If not sell them.
The proof is in the casting and the only way to say for sure.
Generally speaking NEI had a great reputation.

I have a NEI .358-158 gn. SWC mold. It casts an excellent boolit. It is a 2 cavity. My only complaint is the handles are short and you need gloves due to the heat.
I would definitely cast a few before I sold them.
